What is collected
If you use the contact form, AT Creative Solution collects the information you type into it: your name, email address, event name, and optionally the event date, event location, approximate number of sponsors, and a description of your sponsorship challenge.
Why it is collected and how it is used
It is collected only so that Avnish Tolwani can reply to your enquiry, understand your event, and discuss whether a sponsorship-reporting engagement makes sense. It is not used for advertising and it is not sold or rented to anyone.
Service providers
Ordinary service providers — website hosting and email — may process this information in the course of delivering their service. They are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Retention
Enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months so that ongoing conversations and past scoping discussions can be picked up again, then deleted.
Access and deletion
Email avnish@atcreativesolution.com to ask what has been kept about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
